Unless a Client otherwise specifies, they consent that data may be processed by the following third parties and/or their subsidiaries or designees:

• Google

• Amazon

• Micrsoft

• IBM

• Oracle

• Salesforce

• Digital Ocean

• Linode

Clients understand that in the case of certain work (e.g. Blockchain), it is physically impossible to know who processes data or where it is processed, as public ledgers can be read by anyone and cannot be blocked by IP when effected on public chains (e.g. Polygon, Ethereum, Solana, etc)

Unless a Client otherwise specifies they consent that their data can be process within the US, and that they assume all responsibility for any violations of privacy or data locality laws arising from such processing, including but not limited to GDPR, NDPR, etc.
